On January 23, 2023, in Tashkent, on the sidelines the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Session of the Economic Cooperation Organization, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

During the meeting, the ministers discussed bilateral and regional issues, as well as the implementation of the agreements reached during the official visit of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H. E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 14-15 December 2022.
